I believe that my Fulbright still impacts my ability to be a cultural ambassador to the region. In recent times of flood here in the Midwest, I have recalled the enormous ability of the Dutch to manage water! In addition, the language skills and cultural habits of my year are with me, no matter where I travel or reside.
